Standing Rides. These are every week, but check if the weather is bad.
1:00 pm, Two Rivers Bridge, 99 River Mountain Road (at the bottom), Little Rock: This is a good introduction to group rides with faster and slower riders. Can do 18-35 miles with Ft. Roots option. The ride goes down the LR River Trail and crosses the Clinton Bridge and goes up the NLR Trail to Cook's Landing to regroup. Many go to Community Bakery on S. Main St., LR on the return. . Contact
Mondays, 8:30 am. Meet at Cook's Landing for a 30 to 40 miles ride. Average speed is 17 to 18 m.p.h.

Tuesdays, Ride begins at Big Dam Bridge, Little Rock side at 8:30 a.m. This ride goes over the BDB and meets more riders at Cook's Landing at 8:40 a.m. and goes down the NLR River Trail, often up Ft. Roots, and to east Little Rock for coffee. Ted: 501-258-4212.

Thursdays, 8:30 am, Little Rock side of Big Dam Bridge. The ride usually goes out Two Rivers Park to Pinnacle State Park and return on Hinson Road to Guillermo's at Rodney Parham at I-430 for coffee and snacks.
